5 Questions with our
New Face – from Berlin
What inspires your style?

I wouldn’t really say that I have “a” style: One day I’m a tomboy, next I’ll wear high boots and a blazer. When I was younger that really bothered me and I tried to pick a style and stick to it but I realised it made me feel uncomfortable and as if I was acting like someone I’m not. Now I’m trying to be more accepting of this inconsistency and have fun creating new fits and trying new styles. What’s most important is that I feel comfortable in my clothes even if it’s just for the day and (most importantly) that there are no itchy/weird texture things that trigger my neurodivergent brain.

What is one thing that would surprise people to know about you?

I don’t know as that’s something I guess other people would have to answer, but for some reason people seem to be really surprised when I say that I love glitter and all shiny things.

Beyond modelling, what are you passionate about?

My friends (best people ever), my dog (Chili), books (hmu for recommendations), Hannibal (the TV Show), politics (not always beneficial for my wellbeing), appreciating underrated beauty that others may walk by and not notice (like how it looks when the sun is shining through the trees in the afternoon or a clear night sky full of stars). The list goes on…
Where do you come from? Tell us about your hometown.

I was born and raised in Berlin. It’s a city of opposites: It feels like a really anonymous place, people usually don’t care too much about each other. That can be positive as I think it gives one the opportunity to find out who they are without others watching every step but it can also make you feel really lonely. I think if you really want to, Berlin is a good place to get to know all different kinds of people/cultures/communities but I also feel like people got more hostile towards others in the past years. It’s a small city containing millions and still you can barely go outside without meeting someone you know. It’s busy and dirty and still every time I’m in another city I notice how green Berlin is, how many parks and nature we have despite. I love and hate it at the same time.

Are you doing any studies or attending any programs?

I’m studying political science and publishing. Both are topics I’m really passionate about but Uni itself (as in its system) I detest deeply.
